behind the scenes: Smashed Love

A few weeks ago I got together with friends Julia Stotz and Morgan Blaul to work on a photo shoot for a promo. I had so much fun working with these girls and the models. I can't wait to show you the final images, until then, here are some outtakes and behind the scenes. 

spring has sprung

Sorry for my long pause in blogging. Life has been insane with work. I was part of the Scofflaw Bazaar yesterday and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I was able to chat with friends, make people happy with plants and with flowers and be home in time for pizza and a little tv!
These are some images of arrangements I did awhile back for Cities In Dust's new jewelry line. I was honored to be asked to be apart of it and I highly recommend you pick up a piece or two, because Meghan's work is insanely awesome!

Yesterday was beautiful out. First time this year that I could open my windows and be warm. Thank goodness for the change of season.

the day after

I have a hard time narrowing down the photo's that I like when it comes to flowers. So, sorry for all the images, but I couldn't edit anymore then this. Trust me, these are just a few of the photo's that I took yesterday, this easily could have been a few pages long!

It is the day after Valentine's Day and I do hope that all the couples and singles had a great day. I surprised Seth and work with an arrangement and chocolates and in return he took me to the best BBQ restaurant in Chicago, Smoque. Then for a drink at Scofflaw. Scofflaw is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to get a nice drink and cozy up. 

What about that meteorite business! Can you believe it?
